Hit The Ground Running with our Back To School Hints and Tips
We honestly can't believe that the start of term is once again in sight. Summers seem to get shorter, so it's important to hit the ground running come the start of school. As busy parents the less stress you have, the better, right?
We've gathered together a selection of hints and tips to make parenting life so much easier as your kids go back to school.
It's going to make your life so much easier if you get cups, bowls and plates laid out the night before, ready for breakfast time. You could even reserve a shelf in the fridge, ready to go for breakfast and maybe step it up a level and reserve a shelf for lunch items too?
Get Lunch Box Savvy
Have everything together on the fridge shelf for pack lunches, you'll easily see when you’re running low, and if the kids know that area is off limits you’re less likely to discover on Sunday night that they’ve eaten all the snack lunch packs of crackers at the weekend.
Start as you mean to go on by setting rules about screen time for the school year. What's allowed and when?
Get your kids involved in programs that they can do after school to keep them active.

Build Confidence in Your Child
We wondered if there's a secret to having a confident child.
Is it introduced through parenting, is it inherited? Maybe so.
What we have found is that creative and active after school classes go along way to boosting self esteem in children and therefore helping to increase confidence in children. Self esteem is considered by professionals to be the foundation of a childs well being and key to success as an adult.
So if you don't have the most confident child you may want to think about an after school class that could increase confidence without them even realising!
